I would not recommend using KeyMe Locksmiths as a service provider. I called KeyMe to rekey my locks. KeyMe confirmed that they would have someone at my location within an hour. Within 5 minutes of completing the transaction on the phone, I got a text message saying that there wasn't anyone available to do the job and it was cancelled. I called back, was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then when I spoke with an agent, they apologized profusely and promised there was in fact someone available, offered me a discount and said... read more
