Unfortunately, my new key doesn't work at all. It was only 10 bucks, but I am a little annoyed I spent that money on a key that does not work. The shape is slightly different on the teeth and it doesn't insert quite far enough into the lock. Will be going elsewhere for my key copying needs

Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I called this company for an urgent house call to fix a jammed door lock, and everything that followed was a disaster from start to finish. The dispatcher initially confirmed someone would call me back. A technician did call and said he’d arrive in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, the tech calls again, now saying there’s “traffic” and it’ll be another 30 minutes.
