The key works but the cost was too high.
Absolutely the worst service experience I’ve ever had. I called this company for an urgent house call to fix a jammed door lock, and everything that followed was a disaster from start to finish. The dispatcher initially confirmed someone would call me back. A technician did call and said he’d arrive in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, the tech calls again, now saying there’s “traffic” and it’ll be another 30 minutes.
