Came home only to find out the key didn’t work. They don’t provide a paper receipt and require you to input personal info to obtain a receipt, which I never even got. Contacted customer service. We will see if this gets resolved. This place is a giant waste of time just to get a simple task done.
DO NOT CALL FOR LOCKOUT ASSISTANCE!!!! Locked out of my home with all keys and my phone inside. So, I had to go to a nearby business to use their phone to call KeyMe. The operator said someone would be dispatched and asked me to wait for a callback in 5 minutes for details. 10 minutes passed with no call. Called back - said they were on their way with a 10-15 minute ETA. Great! Went back to my home to wait. Waited for 20 minutes and no one showed.
