Making the key was quick but the key won’t work properly. The key is able to turned to lock but get stuck when turning to unlocked. How do I get a replacement.

one key was cut wrong but i think it was cut on the wrong type of key ….there wasn’t enough time to switch from key to different type of key. so whatever….
I had a bad key copy made by a hardware store and tried this kiosk out of desperation because I remembered seeing it at the grocery store. I'm happy to say the key works great, and with zero human interaction to please introverts everywhere. I even grabbed a bag of chips since I was at the grocery store. Win win!
