Well, just got home from having my key made yesterday and still can’t get in my house. The key was not cut correctly so I guess I’m just out my money and have to keep breaking into my house…. I guess my lesson is go to a hardware store and let some old guy do it and don’t trust these damn machines, There’s $10 I’ll never see you again and a useless key just to throw away. Thanks for nothing.
Have to pay extra for a regular smooth key. That's insane. A key maker would never do that. Just charge what you need to. Feels slimey and sneaky. Would have canceled it if I knew the key would be so jagged. Barely works in my door
Key did not work on my door.
This was probably the best and easiest process. The kiosk is located in the front of the store next to the green coin exchange machine! Select key type, Push the key in, swipe card (don’t be me thinking you can tap I had to go home and get my wallet) after payment is taken it makes the key in less than 5 minutes!
