The service is great, and the key is made pretty quickly. My only complaint is how much they try to upsell you during the process, everything from higher-end key materials to making multiple copies. The cheapest basic door key is around $9.99, which is probably a little pricey, but the convenience makes it acceptable. I think key.me kiosks are very good; user friendly & conveniently located. I had 3 copies each of 2 different house keys. The 1st group of 3 copies worked fine. The 2nd group of 3 didn’t turn the lock. Bad luck I guess. But key.me’s customer service is good. It has an easy way to solve a problem or get a refund via a link in texts that are sent after you get your keys copied. Also, I lost my car keys several months ago.
Key did not work
Convenient location. But otherwise overpriced. And key quality mediocre. Wanted extra fee to remove sharp edges. They are already at least 30% more than competition.
