Convenient location. But otherwise overpriced. And key quality mediocre. Wanted extra fee to remove sharp edges. They are already at least 30% more than competition.
I ordered three copies of the same key and after printing one it said there was an error and refunded me. My main issue was that if we ordered the keys for delivery they were $2 more per key which is ridiculous.
Great service.
I found the directions clear and the process easy—I’m not an electronic whiz either. I also noted that the key had to be inserted firmly. Unfortunately the three keys did not lick or unlock on my door.
