I received a reply almost instantly, which is something I have never experienced before with customer service in the U.S. There was no unnecessary back-and-forth by email or text. Great experience. First time going this route versus some random store. This process was efficient and the most part, no communication.
Do not use KeyMe lock services. Called to have the front door of our house rekeyed. Technician arrived at 11, charged us $260 (seemed high). After he left, we went to lock the house and couldn't lock the deadbolt from the inside. Also discovered the key would not properly lock the door from the outside. Called the technician, he said he couldn't return until the next day. Multiple calls to the company and still wasn't able to get anyone out that day. 3 out of the 4 keys I created work. For some reason one key does not open and close the lock.
