This company seems very disorganized. I inquired about having a very simple keyed Lock opened. I’m assuming they farmed my number out because I received multiple calls from people with poor social skills. They were rude on the phone. One said he was said he was only willing to drill drill the lock. I told him I wanted it picked and he just hung up on me. I received multiple texts asking if they still needed my service for several days after and I ended up blocking their number to avoid receiving multiple texts a day.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! We called they said THEY HAD TO SEE THE LOCK in order to see how much. They were 4 mins away and when they got here told us it would be 140 which we did not want to pay. So we said thank you but we can’t do that. Then he said we have to pay 40 for service fee. WHICH THEY DID NO SERVICE. And we’re four minutes away. Also was never mentioned prior to this! Absolutely a scam! Never ever call them!! Also would like to add I wouldn’t have mind to pay it if they had mentioned it but they didn’t!

This place is not at this address. They're using Kroger's address to seem like a "local business" but they're not. They subcontract locksmiths and it's scummy to use other people's addresses.

Said it would be 95 dollars and ended up being 140 Told me this was for a service fee lol. Not sure what the 95 dollar charge is for if not the service. I would recommend using any other method to get into your car than this company.
