Keyes Honda dealership @ Van Nuys is the most terrible place to deal with the most unethical staff ever that I have ever seen and experienced within my life. I flight from Sacramento to LA after about 5 days of back and forth communication with the sales person (Farid), and he didn't mention any extra fees and charges. After I met him, he told me that the car comes with (Protection Package) although it comes without a floor mat either.
