When our Pella storm door lock broke and we couldn't get in or out of that door, I contacted Keyed In. The gentleman came out that day and determined that a new locking mechanism was needed and had to be ordered. Two days later he returned and replaced the lock in 10 minutes. I found him to be honest, efficient and very professional. The price was exceptionally fair as I had contacted Pella and received an outrageous estimate. I highly recommend Keyed In and would use them again without hesitation.
I have worked with KeyedIn on a few occasions and I now feel qualified to rate them. They have been very knowledgeable and reasonable with their service. I've watched them install security systems and they do a damn fine job.
