My payments were supposed to be monthly and the last few months they have been taking it more and more frequently. Like 15 days between payments, then 8, then 6. I cannot afford to be robbed like that.
Zero stars The payment plan options are a joke. In this economy, if I could afford a 500$ a month payment I wouldn't have gone to collections. Disgusting and inhumane.
Is there a # I can call to speak with someone this makes 2yrs in a row I've gotten a derogatory mark on my credit for this company and have no idea why I have never been to or had any dealings with this company! I have ins & don't have any medical bills! I have never been contacted by this company by mail, phone or any other way of communication but yet 2yrs in a row these bills keep showing up on credit karma?????
This organization clearly has zero standards for respectful, collaborative communication towards those whom have debt. I had a call today that was elivated to a supervisor due to the rep being unable to give me examples of what "further collection efforts" mean. I was shocked they couldn't just educate me on examples of what that meant and it required rep to elivate the call to a supervisor. After waiting 25min I was left in a bit of shock at my experience.
