My wife was contacted about someone else's debt! I would recommend this debt collection agency make sure they are contacting the right person before trying to hit them with a debt! The woman I spoke with was very rude and wouldn't even tell me who was putting my wife's number down to try to avoid this debt collection agency. The woman I spoke with was also extremely rude and no help at all.

If KeyBridge made false claims resulting in emotional distress. 4. If KeyBridge violated the Fair Care Credit Act. In your or a loved ones name.
It is, to put it mildly, unprofessional to send a letter stating that you owe money without providing any information, actual balances, or details about who you even owe money to. Not to mention that I would have been duped into giving them money without cause if I had been an unwary person who didn't pay attention to my bills or thought I might have forgotten one. I owe KeyBridge in particular nothing. I still haven't received any information about who I owe.I don't know who,why,how and what i need to pay for.
