Esmerilin and the lady at the front desk were amazing! I was so worried going in because I had fraud on my card but they helped me right away. I hope I never have to leave KeyBank everyone is so kind, helpful, and understanding of situations. They really care about their customers and their accounts I feel relieved knowing I have a bank that cares🫶
Hi had an issue with my banking, I have never been met with so much compassion and professionalism in my life. I’ve always liked keybank but the bank tellers and staff there were exceptional. Kind, caring and professional. This is the type of place I would only do business with. Super knowledgeable, professional and very communicative.
Very good bank
I went to this location 2 weeks ago today. I opened a new account which I should have know by how it went I should have left. The woman had no idea what she was doing it was pretty sad and the tellers that were there the attitudes were terrible! The final straw was when I called today to see why my debit card hadn’t come in yet- they never ordered one!! Now I have to wait another 5-7 business days for a card. This is just insanity. I may pull my account but I don’t want the hassle of opening at another bank right now.
