All the Doctors are friendly, caring and knowledgeable, on the other hand, the receptionist was very rude, obnoxious, nasty and unprofessional and not A good face for the Vets practice. I have witnessed this receptionist shaming a customer in the waiting room in front of other patients, in my opinion this was very injurious, hurtful and outright wrong. I will never return to this Vets office until this person is removed from the practice
