Called twice and asked if they work on Piaggio scooters. They said they don't I asked if they were a Piaggio dealer since they have a huge Piaggio sign on the front of the building she said no and hung up.
This business is working to get its act together. I scheduled my first service at 660 miles. A day before my appointment I received a call that they did not have the required oil filter in stock and I should check back in a couple weeks. I now have about 900 miles on the machine, and I stopped by four days ago to re-schedule the service appointment they had cancelled. I tried to contact the service department 5 times. I left 3 voicemails and completed 2 contact forms online. No one ever got back to me.
