Staff not trained in my opinion very well especially with elderly. Dr. Ferris professional. If Virus not a problem I feel he would train them to be more professional.
Dr Gonzalez is the premier urologist in key west. He has saved so many patients by finding bladder cancer early. It's not a comfortable thing to talk about but he is absolutely wonderful and considerate and kind. I trust him with my very life.
