First of all the customer service here is HORRIBLE. Yesterday my family & I went to visit a relative and the woman at the front watched us walk in and get down the hallway before telling us we needed to come back and sign in. No greeting, nothing. I didn’t even know she worked there. Today, she was actually at the front desk … again no greeting or anything. My grandma’s suitemate tested positive for COVID but she was negative, so we were initially told there was some other protocol to go see her with an escort to her room. S... read more
Nurse staff constantly shirk their duties.
I have never seen such a dedicated and great team!!! Very involved in the community and the care is awesome!!
