very curt, yes, they claim to work on home generators, i was told to bring it in, then click, if key west electrical does not know how much a home generator weighs, i would not trust
This place is not customer friendly at all. One experience there and will not go back. I will drive 3 hours out of my way before returning to that store. It was a bother for them to help me.
Staff are arrogant, dismissive and appear to be annoyed by anyone who wants to shop or do business. Make it an easy choice to always buy new tools instead of request this group to repair anything.
These guys are great! Fast, professional and affordable service. Would highly recommend!
