Last week I placed an order at the dispensary and was declined, my card was not doctor cert. I knew I was good till March with the doctor. I called the clinic, yes good till March tell the dispensary to change it? Obviously they state has to do it not he dispensary. Call back the clinic, my doctor left the clinic so tuff luck. They switched me to a different doctor, but now I can no longer by flower! I was getting 5oz every 35 days. Now nothing. Call the clinic-they were no help at all. Couldn't even talk to a person.
my card was cancelled because KWcannabis clinic changed my doctor unbeknownst to me... called left several messages, NO REPLY... sad thing is I was just there to do my appointment less than a month ago... there are much better places to go in KW. there office is only open 1 day a week. they DON'T RETURN PHONE CALLS
Key West cannabis Clinic I have been with them for years they've always treated me with respect I am a senior. The other day I went in for my appointment and I met Mystique the office manager. I am not good with computers and she absolutely assisted me in everything from start to finish. She is kind and caring and a wonderful person. I met the doctor son on person and he Told me to apply, get an appointment and check the medical card for me, i started having issues withe the system and the lady told me that i wont have issues that if i wast abble i would get my money back that i dont have to worry and my problems will be solved and relieved but no just lies and it has been since january that ive been waiting and not even an email back to have a lil answer back from them doctor son just want your money not to help or heal no one
There was no wait, the lady at the front desk is awesome and my entire appointment lasted less than 20 minutes and my recommendation was immediately entered. I successfully went to the dispensary right after my appointment.
