I just completed the sale of a house in Greater Johnstown, with the transaction being handled by Darla Graffius, of Keystate Settlement. This is the 7th house I've sold in my lifetime, so I'm no stranger to the process. From the beginning to the end, Darla handled the transaction in an unprofessional and inept manner, with more than one opportunity for identity theft due to lack of proper security measures.
