RecommendedFidel was very helpful in finding us a great house, in our price range and in the neighborhood we wanted. In drawing up the contract, he was able to get the seller to include some items that we would have had to pay for after closing. He was very responsive to our requests by either phone or e-mail.
John did great with helping me when I needed it and very flexible and willing to work around my schedule. 110% satisfied with purchasing with him. We went through a dozen different homes and found the best fit for me. I couldn't be any happier with the home I purchased through Key Realty.
Key Realty was great when we were buying our new home. They were paying attention to details and responds quickly to all our inquiries. We were also able to get in to see homes. They did great for what we need and I have recommended him to others too.

His quick responsiveness to your email/call is impeccable, we have always gotten in to see a home the quickest with him. first experience with them was not well at all. had an appt. however they never showed. we call and the person we chatted with was just rude and said if you need to talk to someone call tomorrow. no apologize nothing. oh, and then hung up on us.
