As a home owner in the neighborhood your realty office in Beloit is an eyesore. It degrades the neighborhood. Sure, you can find worse homes in the neighborhood but your realty office should exemplify raised standards, not lowered. Not a good neighbor.
Fidel of Key Realty was the listing agent in the purchase of a family members home. The seller and sellers agent were difficult to work with to put it lightly. We would certainly use Fidel again with any future home needs.
If I needed to purchase a new home we would choose to work with Key Realty and ask Fidel Batres again. He's the best agent to work with. Prompt, friendly, willing to go over and beyond his expectations for his clients. He puts his clients first and I truly love him!!! I'm gonna miss working with him.
