After thoughtful and intelligent consideration, we have thankfully decided to seek a well respected property management company. After reading the managers responses to the reviews and exposing her complete unprofessional conduct I think that we have dodged a bullet. Thank goodness for google reviews.
If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend rented two different properties and maintained a positive, consistent and communicative tenancy. But, despite always paying rent (even before the first of the month) and all of the excessive fees and charges, Niki was still very determined to suck every penny out of him and take his willingness to accommodate her every wish for granted.
