Absolutely horrible experience. They cannot figure out how to send me my lease agreement via email. Also will not let me pick up a hard copy. They also sent my lease agreement to the wrong person but cannot figure out how to send it to me and sent me somebody else’s lease agreement. They are sending legal documents with personal information and e-signature’s to the wrong people.
