Applications tell the applicant up front what our qualifying criteria is and there is a warning that once they submit the app, the fee is not refundable. Numerous documents are required for the application. Many times the required documents are not received in a timely manner. In this tight rental market its not uncommon to receive multi applications for a property.
I have never written a review before, being a Vendor and working on properties ,needing repairs I have only great things to say about the staff at Key Properties, They keep on top of the repairs and try to have things repaired as soon as possible .I have worked for several owners and management company over the years and I can say Key is the best
TAKE PICTURES!!! One of their tenants from down the street came to our house to inform us our landlord told her they very rarely will return a deposit. After a year, they told us we had 30 days to move because they were selling the property, so we told them just to use our deposit toward the last month's rent because we would be using our rent money to get a new place. I would not rent from this management company. No integrity starting from the top with Shirley. They don’t know their properties and will try to blame you for issues already there. Don’t take anything for granted, they will lie.
