My therapist & psych are great. But the fact I was talked about just now because I didn’t see the sign and I have seen people not check in before and be called. It’s one thing to not check in, but for the front staff to call the nurse in the side room and then talk about me where I can hear it. I’ll most likely be actively looking for a new facility now because of that. I’m very upset, and truthfully never want to come back. If you’re going to talk about me, do it when I’m not here.
I been going here for 12 years. I've been through therapists and doctors. They will NOT hesitate to find the right fit for you. I'm extremely happy with my treatment here
The owner needs to upgrade this place. It's such a gloomy place. TV is never on. Consider getting some bright pictures to bring the place out. Other wise the therapists there are awesome. No disrespect intended
Front desk staff very rude, no professionalism at all!! Whoever the owner is they need to correct the situation. People are going to start reporting this place.
