Ivan is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. He communicates well and helps along the process. He answered all my questions and also guided me. His best virtue in my opinion was that he got super creative when difficult situations arose. If it was not for him, I don’t think I would be able to buy my first house with the fraction of the typical 20% down, closing costs etc. 110% recommended!!
