I wish we could give this company zero stars. Our home selling process was held up for multiple weeks including several extensions and money out of our pocket because of the sheer lack of integrity at Key Home Mortgage with Diana. I can't count how many times she failed to call our agents (buyers, sellers and our agent in Oregon) back, or flat out lied about when she would have ANY work done.
