I love how quick and friendly they are. I am extremely challenged when it comes to technology and they never make me feel dumb, even when I need help with the simplest thing. I love that they can remotely connect right into my computer and take care of whatever I need them too and that they are always willing to go slow so I can see how they do it to try to learn the trick for next time. Key Methods has really dropped the ball on customer and technical service. The last 6 months of service with this company has been hell. My dental office was never able to function 100% due to tech issues that would never be properly fixed. They overcharged us for services and never followed thru. We were left with no option but to change IT company's and within a week had all of our issues resolved.
