I was impressed by the thorough inspection carried out by Roberto. He arrived at the house on time and made an concerted effort to minimize disruption to us during the inspection. He was very professional and personable and carefully inspected each aspect of the house and spent several hours doing so. He then went on to make a very detailed report, with clear photos. I would highly recommend Key Inspection Services.

The report was great, extremely detailed and informative. I did not have any questions or concerns regarding the report as every item had clear color photos to show exactly what the concern was. The report was used to negotiate a lower price for the home, so essentially the report paid for itself several times over. We were so impressed with our inspector, Alex! He was so thorough with his inspection and also did a good job of explaining it to us after the inspection was completed. He made the whole process a lot less overwhelming and easy to understand! We went with Key Inspections since their Elite package provided so many services from one provider.
