My 2015 Tucson is currently sitting in their lot with a blown engine. No one told me last week that it could be MONTHS before I get a new engine. Can’t say enough good things about my experience buying my car here. Joe was a good salesman and all the financing and management were awesome during the process.
The frosting on the cake! On my last visit I was told I needed a new engine for $3,000 by your "master mechanic" . I took the vehicle to another mechanic fixed the vehicle for $218. This time I was called by the dealership for a part recall. I scheduled the appointment weeks in advance. I arrived for an early morning appointment only to be told 30 minutes later that they didn't have the part. "My car is a hybrid and hybrids are rare" . Are you serious? I just have to say the entire staff was super helpful. I got a great deal on my vehicle. Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend this dealership.
Had my vehicle listed for private sale at my house and on craigslist. Salesperson called multiple times pretending to be interested in buying. Had me come down so he could take a look at the vehcile. Instead started pushing a trade. Offered me half my asking price for the vehcile.
