Horrible Service department!
RecommendedI had Mo as my salesman and he was fantastic! He was so kind, genuine, and he stayed professional the entire time. I walked in said exactly what car I wanted and he said okay and found it for me. Bri was my finance lady who was also great. She was no nonsense yet polite and professional. I recommend this place. It’s a little out of the way since where I live but it was worth the hour drive there and back to get this car.

I’m in love with my new Hyundai Tucson. When I inquired online I had some doubts having had some bad experiences at previous dealerships especially being that this was going to be my first car purchase, so I stopped and didn’t complete the online application. After having spent a few weeks tentatively looking around at used cars I found a used ioniq I liked at like, 3 am the other day afte getting out of work. I understand we are living in difficult times but the lack of response from the salesman is unacceptable. Almost three weeks to get a car that I’m paying for and insuring. Last week it was the insurance company (total lie, as I was in contact with them). This week it is a lack of registry runners. What will it be next week?
We were greeted by Moe, a very friendly and out going person. He listened to what I wanted and showed me what I requested. He was able to read my body language that I was not loving what I thought I wanted and made a suggestion of a different make and model and I fell in love with the choice. Good call on his part. We closed the deal the same day and I drove my purchase home!
