RecommendedKey Hyundai was good and helpful . A little pricey for a service maintenance but my car was due it’s 60k so I guess was needed .

The customer service person Kareem was outstanding. He communicated with us several times before and after work was done on our car. We were able to drop our car using the night drop the night before our appointment They allowed me to pay over the phone so that my son could pick his car up. I highly recommend Key Hyundai!

This was my 5th or 6th trip for the routine maintenance. In all my past experiences at the end of the service the car was washed and vacuumed. For sure there were no signs of the car being vacuumed. In all other respect, I had no issue with the service.

We apologize for the experience. Due to COVID, we have decided to stop wash and vacs on all vehicles in an effort to keep less hands from touching the vehicle.
