Kareem was very helpful on the phone as I was not there in person. He kept me up to date on what was happening with my car. Some parts had to be ordered for the recall. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need. I was comfortable his service and would not hesitate to return again and would ask for Kareem for his excellent service.
Great, friendly staff, easy to work with, Kaream kept me updated on how service was progressing and time frame to complete. Josh, my salesman stopped by to see how I liked my Tucson & wish me happy holidays. Pleasant clean waiting area with drinks & snacks. Nice people!
They are courteous, always available to assist whenever I bring my car in fir service. Amy was great to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect
