Had an appointment today at 10, was told it would be “a few hours” before the car would even be diagnosed. After complaining that we couldn’t sit and wait all day (and refusing to give us a rental), suddenly the diagnosis was done in “a few minutes”, was then told the bill would be almost $300 and my “warranty through all state” (...I don’t have a warranty through all state...) said it wasn’t covered. Then, once the correct warranty was billed, the bill was $65, apparently tax on $65 actually makes your bill almost $90! FINE... read more
