Just about the worst online experience with an online dealer ever. I was interested in the car but they wouldn't answer my questions and instead I got form responses for days. I finally said STOP! I wouldn't buy a car from them if it was the last car on earth and I was car less. The worst!

Vehicle was sold when I called. I mentioned taking it off the site and I was told that's not my job to tell them that nor is it there job to do that.

Highly dissatisfied. Salesman took forever to respond to my emails then stopped responding all together. Manager contacted me and refused to counter my offer and then also stopped responding. Still want to buy the car, but it doesn't seem like they want to sell it...

Dealership responsive to phone calls and emails. However, they did not do a good job at negotiating. Here is my last email to the dealer: I am speechless. On February 16th you wrote to me that the price of the truck is $42,000. On February 17th you wrote to me that the price of the truck is $43,500 certified with .9% financing for 36 months. I asked the terms to be extended for 48 month. On February 18th you wanted to confirm that the price of the truck is $43,995 non-certified for 48 months. They were going to charge me $5,000 to get out of my lease on my current truck
