Very helpful, called me immediately was very helpful.
I give this dealer NO STARS for lying to me about a car’s availability. The car is STILL at the dealer although I was told it had a deposit on it and pending sale but the car is still for sale by the dealer with $1,000 more added to the price.

Poor customer service. Forgot to provide key paperwork to complete registration. Took over a week to resolve.
Agreed about the the price and went to see the vehicle and told them I wanted it just needed a sales agreement for my bank never heard back from them until two days later and was told that the vehicle was not available anymore and it’s still listed on their website not sure who I pissed off but I’ll never buy a vehicle from these companies
Key Motors offered the best price I'd seen online for this 2024 Cadillac Lyriq. Their salesman, John Strout, contacted me soon after I'd inquired about vehicle. Although they are in Vermont (& I'm in NJ) we quickly worked out a deal via phone & text & within a couple of days they delivered to my door, free of charge. Altogether, a painless & secure buying experience. Kudos to John & the excellent staff. Highly recommend!
Jessie at their internet sales dept was very responsive and good to deal with.
It happened so fast. Tuesday pm first contact. By Thursday pm I had a new car. They even brought it to my house. Told them what I could do and pay a month. They excepted my offer.
Very Happy with Key Chevrolet and my purchase. Communication, listing accuracy, on-site experience was all good. I went to 2 other dealerships before Key Chevrolet and they didn't even come close to matching my Key experience. I got a good deal and also a good fair price for my old truck.
