They never answer the phone. I've called multiple days at 9 or 10 am and they never answer or call back after leaving a voicemail.
I went here a few years ago for help with anxiety when I was about 40. I also asked about the possibility of autism and I was promptly told "you don't have autism, I can tell. You're nothing like the autistic people that I've seen". I just had a formal assessment done 2 weeks ago by a psychologist who specializes in autism and come to find out I'm autistic. The guy at key bridge didn't even ask me any questions, or look into the possibility. He just outright dismissed my concerns. So that left me with years of nagging doubt ... read more
I made an appointment with the therapist at this location in Ste. 101. They told me it would be a $10 copay with my insurance when I called to make the appointment. When I drove the 30+ miles to get to my appointment, they tried to charge me an additional $47 for the office visit that they told me nothing about until I got there. The counseling and therapy sessions my wife and l experienced; independently and as a couple saved both our lives and marriage. I highly recommend the services of this non-profit organization to Anyone needing help but especially for veterans since l am one and know now how challenging life can be trying to cope with life on life’s terms with ptsd.
