Bought a truck from these guys. One month later it would`nt start. Not out of gas either. It needed a timingchain job to the tune of $4000. Last thing I was told was " you just bought yourself a nice truck." Would`nt buy a bicycle from Key.
*FRAUD* Despite MANY assurances, verbally and in writing, that the car was inspected, when I took it to the mechanic, they couldn't even get it on a lift because the entire frame was rusted out. It would have literally broken in half. Unfortunately, I only found this out after purchasing the vehicle. The car is not safe to drive. It is legally considered a salvage vehicle. The value of the car for scrap is less than the cost to tow it.
Very nice experience at Key Auto. Very good car for the money. Very friendly staff. Prompt communication. Promptly replaced the battery, even after the sale.
