Lets me start by saying, Kevin Weingarten is hands-down an amazing realtor (probably the best, though I haven't worked with all them, so I can't say for certain:)). Now, let me explain why. Kevin is wonderful! His motto is "my response time is unparalleled!" And while this is true (he gets back to you faster than anyone) it is only one of his many great qualities. When I first came across Kevin's name I was looking for a new real estate agent. The previous agent I was using was not as responsive as I would have liked. Kevin, our Real Estate Agent, worked with us for six months in 2015 to find our new home. Kevin was fantastic. He always responds to any contact right away, is organized, shows up on time, and knows what he's doing. I consider it a bonus that he is not at all the way I picture a typical realtor, personality-wise. Meaning he is not at all like a slick salesman. He's just a regular guy. I previously posted the review below when Kevin helped us purchase the home we currently live in and love. We were so pleased with Kevin that we subsequently engaged him to help us sell our rental property. It was a cash sale, an underwater property, and part of a declining condo association. Our buyer obviously wanted to get the best deal possible, and tried to low ball us even further.
