NOT an urgent care, and NOT open 24hrs. If you’re not a KP member, they can’t even make you an appointment - they’ll just give you the runaround on the phone to waste your time. I was told by the first rep that if I talked to someone in member services, they could book an appointment. The next rep told me as a non-member, appointments are not allowed. Awful.
Dr. Kevin Victor Plumkey was amazing. Super caring, friendly, and easy to talk to. He really took the time to listen and explain everything in a calm, reassuring way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at urgent care. Thank you, Dr. Plumkey!
Dr Plumley is very caring, understanding and sincere towards patient care. He is perfect for his position. God bless you for being such a great doctor. I believe God works through doctors and nurses for his healing hands and purposes
I have been seen by multiple doctors at Kaiser and have always felt extremely comfortable. However, Dr Kevin Victor Plumey was one of the worst doctors I have experienced that I have had with Kaiser’s urgent care. His bedside manner was insensitive, rude and condescending. I shared my experience with another healthcare worker who was present and she confirmed that his behavior towards me is normal and other patients have experienced his disrespect as well. I never want to see this doctor again.
Dr Plumley is the best doctor I've ever met, seems to love his job and has a wonderful way of explaining everything.
