Dr Plumley is very caring, understanding and sincere towards patient care. He is perfect for his position. God bless you for being such a great doctor. I believe God works through doctors and nurses for his healing hands and purposes
I have been seen by multiple doctors at Kaiser and have always felt extremely comfortable. However, Dr Kevin Victor Plumey was one of the worst doctors I have experienced that I have had with Kaiser’s urgent care. His bedside manner was insensitive, rude and condescending. I shared my experience with another healthcare worker who was present and she confirmed that his behavior towards me is normal and other patients have experienced his disrespect as well. I never want to see this doctor again.
Dr Plumley is the best doctor I've ever met, seems to love his job and has a wonderful way of explaining everything.
After my first visit to urgent care with a different doctor brought me no relief and an obvious incorrect diagnosis, I returned first thing the next morning and was assigned to Dr. Plumley. What an amazing doctor. Incredibly personable, great listener, reviewed my chart and previous diagnostics before speaking with me, and even acknowledged my veterinary medicine background that I guess is on my profile or chart somewhere. Dr Kevin V Plumley is one of a kind. He’s always makes sure to make you feel comfortable doing your visit to urgent care. No matter what my issues is he always provides me with the correct information to get better. We all can agree with We would love for him to be our permanent doctor just not urgent care
