Dr. Kevin Victor Plumkey was amazing. Super caring, friendly, and easy to talk to. He really took the time to listen and explain everything in a calm, reassuring way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at urgent care. Thank you, Dr. Plumkey!

I have been seen by multiple doctors at Kaiser and have always felt extremely comfortable. However, Dr Kevin Victor Plumey was one of the worst doctors I have experienced that I have had with Kaiser’s urgent care. His bedside manner was insensitive, rude and condescending. I shared my experience with another healthcare worker who was present and she confirmed that his behavior towards me is normal and other patients have experienced his disrespect as well. I never want to see this doctor again.
Dr Plumley is the best doctor I've ever met, seems to love his job and has a wonderful way of explaining everything.
After my first visit to urgent care with a different doctor brought me no relief and an obvious incorrect diagnosis, I returned first thing the next morning and was assigned to Dr. Plumley. What an amazing doctor. Incredibly personable, great listener, reviewed my chart and previous diagnostics before speaking with me, and even acknowledged my veterinary medicine background that I guess is on my profile or chart somewhere.
