Very knowledgeable staff and always interested in really getting to know their clients.
Dr. Kevin Tom is a excellent , kind, friendly dentist. The office looks clean and feels comfortable. I recently had my tooth taken out and he was very gentle with his hands; I hardly felt anything. He also followed up the next day to check if the healing process was doing well. Also, the front desk staff are very friendly and greets you with a smile when you walk in. Btw, I like how there is refreshments while you wait.
I'm happy and satisfied to have Dr. Tom as our dentist. He has a calm demeanor in his approach to his patients and takes his time to explain things. Another good service just happened today when I came for my appointment for evaluation but he offered to do tooth fillings on the same visit even with his busy schedule. He is so nice and friendly. What more could you ask?
My boys loves Dr. Tom. We have been going to him for the past 7 years. They look forward to their dental appointment and the little goodie bag that they received from the assistant. Loved the staffs, everyone is so friendly and courteous, flexible in scheduling as well. My younger one was having trouble on his 1st visit, but Dr. Tom and staff was so patient with him, they tried different ways to get him comfortable. I would totally recommend Dr. Tom to anyone.
Dr. Tom runs a tight ship-he is always on time and Nelda, the hygienist is very good.
I enjoy going to this office. They have a wonderful system, they are always on time and get you out in a timely fashion. I've had all three of the hygienists. They all have their own styles but very thorough. Dr. Tom is very professional.
