The work was average. There doesn’t seem to be much effort to truly understand or tailor solutions—feels more like a one-size-fits-all approach. The owner is rarely present and often sends out friends or colleagues who’ve recently earned certificates and are now positioned as “experts.” Communication is timely, but the owner’s wife, who handles texts, comes off as unfriendly. Overall, I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend them, but I wouldn’t strongly warn people away either.
Would never support someone who’s wife cant apologize for using a childs memorial page as an avenue to sell her car.
Our neighbors highly recommended this company and now I know why. We reached out about a mouse problem at our rental property. They are extremely quick to respond, easy to work with, and provide information about the specifics regarding the extermination process. Their prices are fair, especially compared to larger companies that cost three times as much for far less. I definitely recommend Tinneny!
Took just one quick, inexpensive visit and our annoying fruit fly problem was totally gone! Highly recommended!
