I am writing to document my extreme dissatisfaction with the care I received from Dr. Kevin Richard Dux and his staff at 10507 E. 91st St suite 450, Tulsa, OK 74133. I strongly advise against referring patients or loved ones to this practice based on my recent experiences. During my time as a patient, I discovered that Dr. Dux put incorrect information in my record, including information that was completely contradictory to what was discussed during my exam. Great Foot surgeon. Did excellent work on my foot. Cant even see the scars. I will NOT say anything good about Warren clinic or St. Francis and was very disappointed when I found out he sold out to them instead of being independent. They make gobs of money and need to Fix their phone system or get a NEW One He will do my other foot before I move for sure.

Dr. Dux and Tina and Brittany are the best Podiatry team in the state of Oklahoma! Dr. Dux is an amazing surgeon, I was blessed to have been referred to him! This team will go above and beyond to assist you in all your foot issues! I highly recommend Dr. Dux!! I recommend him to everyone I come in contact with that has foot problems!
