Kevin was great to work with. He was patient and understood my needs and what I was looking for in a home. He was easy to work with. He was helpful in helping m find the best lender. He made the process so easy that I felt very confident in my biting decision and referred my mum to also buy a home thought him. He home buying process was smooth. Kevin conducts himself with a high level of professionalism. He priced our property to sell, but still higher than other properties in our area. Our offers came in higher than asking! He very quickly qualified all offers. The entire process completed in about a month. There were several obstacles to navigate during the process and Kevin overcame anything that came up quickly and smoothly. He is knowledgeable and highly intuitive. I recommend him whether you are buying or selling.
Kevin Pedersen is a great realtor! He was so helpful, prompt, knowledgeable and professional throughout our home purchase in Hawaii.
