Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Are you going to visit this provider again? Just Okay

The office is by no means state of the art, but it was okay. It's a busy office, comfortable but far from "posh". Just okay, that's all I can say. The skill level of the dentists was high I thought, however, after talking me into a root canal rather than an extraction, I was surprised to find (after the pain and bleeding had stopped) that she took the tooth anyway!
