I would highly recommend Kevin Smith. He completed a small bathroom remodel for us and his work was top of the line.
Having heard and read renovation horror stories (Ever seen "The Money Pit"?) we feel very lucky to have found Kevin. He completely demolished our kitchen and bathroom, and rebuilt them bigger and better! Doing without these 2 rooms for over a month could have been a nightmare - Kevin made it bearable. Kevin is very straight forward and professional and did an excellent job installing our new deck. We have hired him for several other jobs which he is currently working on.
Kevin was originally hired to gut & remodel the bathroom, we then extended the request for services to remove and replace walls in the living room and dining area, paint, add recess lighting and flooring the foyer. Kevin was professional and accommodating to all our request and did an excellent job. He completed all work within the estimated timeline. Would recommend him for any remodeling work and will use him for future projects.
We added a family room to our home and Mr. Smith did a beautiful job. I would highly recommend Mr. Smith to anyone who needs to add an addition to their home. We are hoping in the Spring to have Mr. Smith come and add on a Master Bedroom. We are very happy with his work

Kevin was hired to re-coat our fiberglass deck. He was timely, professional, courteous, and did a beautiful job on the deck! Would definitely recommend!
We contacted Kevin and within one day he returned our call. In one week he had the estimate for us and then we changed the plans to a larger size. After we agreed to have Kevin do the work, it was completed in days. The property was left clean and there was no debris on the premises. I would hire Kevin again.
