I recently had the opportunity to work with Kevin and his helper Robert to do several renovations at my property in Sea Isle City, Our master bath was completely remodeled, new hardwood floors throughout, and two decks completely torn down and rebuilt with the newer composite decking and vinyl railing. Kevin was responsive. Called back or responded to e-mails in a timely manner. He did a great job and was fast also, Didn't waste any time. Spent a total of about 6 hours over a 3 day period to get the job done. Cleaned up the area each day and used as much of the original material that he could to match the rest of the house and cutting down on expenses. Due to inclement weather, the completion date had to be moved out a few days, but we are completely satisfied and would hire him again.
Hired Kevin after reading reviews and discussing projects with him. We hired him for 2 projects, replacing a small deck/landing and installing a pre-fab outside shower and cement base. Two fairly simple projects. This review is for the deck replacement. Overall the deck Kevin built was sturdy and solid but his workmanship and finish work left a little to be desired. How does one respond to a review such as this. Out of 50 reviews all 5 star, and then this one. As a contractor in business close to 30 years, servicing about 100 customers a year, every once in a while you come across a customer like the [Consumer name withheld at their request] . These are the type of people that don't offer you a glass of water on a extremely hot day, complain about the electricity that you are using to do Their job, make you go to the gas station to use the bathroom, just overall inconsiderate, unre... read more
Kevin was very responsive and quick to complete the job. The deck looks great!
Kevin was always available to answer questions and make suggestions. He was professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. If he saw something that he thought needed fixing or replacement, he would notify me, tell me what needed to be done, get my approval then do it. He was completely trustworthy. He stayed within his time line and price quote I would hire him again and plan to recommend him to others who may need a contractor.
Nothing less than outstanding. Always available to communicate with and responsive. Finished on schedule and within the quoted price. Aside from all of that is that fact that this was a very difficult job on an older mobile home which produced some un expected problems. Kevin handled them expertly. Very consciences, expert craftsmanship. Can't say enough good. I would and will use his services again and would absolutely recommend him.
Kevin was very professional and easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would, stayed right on budget and finished on time. I ended up hiring him for a second job which turned out great as well. I will definitely use Kevin again for any home improvement projects that I have in the future.
Kevin was competent,worked efficiently, and was reasonable. He installed a new medicine cabinet and light in our bathroom. It was a small job that required cutting into tile and drywall. We are happy with his work and with that of his worker Tom,who did some painting for us.
Completed job on time and was honest with costs etc.
