We had a bathroom remodeled by Kevin Smith. He did an excellent job and very beautiful. He was very accommodating and very easy to work with even thou it was difficult job. I will use Kevin anytime in the future that we have home improvement project.
This was out a beach condo I had it done in the off season I was not able to supervise the job. Kevin did a very good job keeping me updated via email and pictures, that was very helpful to me while he was doing the work. Kevin did a walk-in shower and tile floor it is beautiful. I will use him again.
Kevin is an excellent contractor, he knows the business and he knows the area he services. He is flexible and works with you to get the best value for your money. And he's reliable, that's becoming pretty rare in this space. I will use Kevin again and will recommend him to anyone asking for contracting services.

Kevin replaced a second story deck for us, it was an older wooden one, he replaced it with a composite decking. He was easy to work with, clean, timely. We're very pleased with the finished product
Kevin did an excellent job with replacing our deck, he advised us on a couple things while rebuilding was in process which were great ideas. really does nice work , we are thrilled with the outcome and with the suggested brand of material , composite decking oppose to wood deck. we will definitely recommend him by name to our friends and neighbors.
Kevin is a very talented carpenter/contractor. He is honest, a very hard worker ,and he does beautiful work! He gutted two of our bathrooms and remodeled them and they came out beautiful! Kevin was creative and used his creativity to make each bathroom look superb! Kevin is easy to talk to and he responds quickly to your questions, etc....
