Dr. McGrail is patient friendly, professional, he thoroughly explains and gives you the opportunity to ask questions. The administrative representatives and Doctor assistant(s) that I encountered were also professional and patient friendly.
Dr. McGrail is experienced, warm, welcoming and respectful. His bedside manner is fantastic, always speaking to everyone in the room and never making you feel bad about asking for clarification. I am grateful to be in his care.
