I was recommended by my dermatologist to get a mole on my face removed that had been bothering me for years. I go to Brookwood, pay for parking, and pay a $35 copay along with filling out a ton of paperwork. All of this work for Dr. O’Brien to give me 2 minutes of his time and to tell me he will not remove the mole and to get a derm. to do it. He could not be botherered or persuaded. I assume he didn’t think my case would make enough money for his time or effort. They wouldn’t refund me copay.
